Use of the site

- You may not scrape, republish or resell the site's content or data without written permission.
- You may not submit false or misleading information through the site.
Using the comparison
Your results are based on the answers you provide and the provider information recorded by Specialist Compare. A provider appearing in your results does not guarantee that they will offer you insurance or particular terms.
Any insurance you arrange is provided by the insurer, broker or other provider, not by Specialist Compare.
Provider websites
Specialist Compare may link to websites operated by insurers, brokers and other providers. We don't control those websites, and their own terms, privacy policies and product information apply when you use them.
Intellectual property
The content, comparison methodology and data compiled by Specialist Compare are owned by Specialist Compare Pty Ltd. Provider names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep Specialist Compare available and provider information up to date, but information, products and availability can change. We may update, change or remove site content or features from time to time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Specialist Compare Pty Ltd excludes all liability for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
